In order to implement the requirements of laws and regulations such as the Anti-Telecommunication Internet Fraud Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services and the Measures for the Filing of Non-Commercial Internet Information Services, and cooperate with relevant departments in managing mobile Internet information services, in accordance with the "Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Carrying out the Filing of Mobile Internet Applications" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on August 4, 2023, The WeChat public platform ICP agent filing management system will provide services such as new filing, change filing, and cancellation filing to assist developers in completing WeChat.Mini programsFile. The relevant matters for filing are hereby notified as follows:

1. Necessity of filing

Mobile Internet application sponsors engaged in Internet information services within the territory of the People's Republic of China shall go through filing procedures in accordance with the Anti-Telecommunication Network Fraud Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services (Order No. 292 of the State Council). Those who fail to go through the filing procedures shall not engage in Internet information services.

Developers are required to perform the filing procedures in accordance with the law. If they fail to perform the filing procedures as required, Weixin Mini Programs are not allowed to conduct business, and the platform will not provide shelf services. (Please refer to the "Filing Period Requirements" for specific arrangements)

2. Requirements for filing period

1. If Weixin Mini Programs are not available on the shelves, starting from September 1, 2023, Weixin Mini Programs must be filed before they can be put on the shelves;

2. If the Weixin Mini Programs are already on the shelves, please complete the filing before March 31, 2024. If the filing is not completed within the time limit, the platform will refund it from April 1, 2024 in accordance with relevant filing regulations.
