The solution is-check the permissions of the basic settings of the user group. Please re-check all permissions of the relevant user group. The system will classify all permissions of the relevant group to tourists or groups that are prohibited from browsing.

Groups with authority on forums such as super moderators and moderators can be solved by directly checking the basic setting permissions and also checking the management permissions.

When setting up user groups in the background, be careful not to copy user groups, especially management groups. This phenomenon can easily happen. This can also happen if you are copying an administrator group.

Open phpMyAdmin to operate the following checks:

inspection data sheet pre_common_setting Search whether ipaccess has set the IP that allows access, and if so, set it blank;

inspection data sheet pre_common_usergroup, whether allow visit is set to 0 (access is prohibited), 1 is allowed access;

check pre_common_failedlogin Delete the corresponding IP records;

If you are a non-administrator, please check whether the user's user group "Access Site Permission" has been set to prohibit access

find pre_common_settingTable, search Skey=ipaccess This is the list of IPs allowed to access the front end of the site, and Skey= adminaccess This is the list of IPs allowed to access the back end. Generally, it can be cleared.
